Job description

Job Title: Manhattan TMS/WMS Consultant
Duration: 12 months

Must:
  1. Retail Expeirnece
  2. Manhattan Active Experience
  3. Must be in PST or CST time zone (No EST)
  4. Open to travelling to SF bay Area 2 times a month

Job Duties:
As a Manhattan WMS Functional Consultant, this position focuses on leading the functional and technical implementation of the Manhattan Active WMS.
Job Responsibilities:
Include leading the functional design, system configuration and working with customers to test and implement interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems. The WMS Functional Consultant is also responsible for developing project documentation and supporting the testing of the application.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with Manhattan Active software packages
  • 3 years of experience deploying software
  • 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)
  • Provides senior level design for client specific enhancements
  • Proactively troubleshoots and resolves issues that arise during the implementation
  • Minimum 4 years of WMS utilization experience and integration with other process areas
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 WMS experience
  • WMS application to and support of warehouse operations
  • Printing solutions: documents and labels
  • Shipping solutions: Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, freight carriers
  • Past experience as a WMS SME with knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, cycle counting, general warehousing, and MHE/Automation integration
