Job description

The Wireline Operator plays a key role in supporting safe and efficient wireline operations in the field and at WOS shop locations. This position is responsible for operating and transporting equipment, performing rig-up and rig-down procedures, maintaining tools, and assisting the Wellsite Supervisor to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Requirements
• Safely operate and transport wireline trucks and associated equipment
• Perform ground operations during wireline jobs
• Execute rig-up and rig-down of wireline tools and pressure control equipment
• Maintain, inspect, and service tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Assist the Wellsite Supervisor in daily job execution and troubleshooting
• Adhere to all company and client safety policies and procedures
• Travel to various job locations as required

Minimum Qualifications
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
Physical & Work Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Availability for on-call duties during scheduled rotations
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
Experience & Certifications
• Minimum 2 years of wireline experience preferred
• Experience with pressure control equipment preferred
• Valid Class A CDL required
• Must pass BATFE and MVR background checks
