We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing Cricket Wireless team. This role focuses on helping customers find the best wireless solutions while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Recommend wireless plans, phones, accessories, and additional products based on customer needs
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes
  • Educate customers on promotions, features, and services
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
