By Light Professional IT Services LLC readies warfighters and federal agencies with technology and systems engineered to connect, protect, and prepare individuals and teams for whatever comes next. Responsibilities
  • Install, operate, and maintain radio equipment ranging from HF to EHF systems.
  • Support wireless communications and RF operational activities.
  • Perform signal planning and RF analysis to determine transmission power requirements and equipment placement.
  • Troubleshoot RF and wireless communication issues.
  • Support operational readiness, maintenance, and sustainment activities.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and diagnostics.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

Required Experience/Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience installing, operating, and maintaining RF and radio equipment.
  • Experience with HF through EHF radio systems.
  • Experience with signal planning and RF analysis.
  • Experience troubleshooting RF and wireless communication systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
