Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for our wireless product line. This role drives roadmap definitions, business performance, and cross-functional execution to deliver competitive wireless solutions aligned with division objectives. The ideal candidate combines technical depth in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth/BLE with business acumen and the ability to translate market insight into strong product outcomes. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management.
The typical base pay range for this position is USD $150,000 - $236,500 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Responsibilities & Competencies
Job Duties
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for the wireless portfolio, aligned with division and company objectives
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts in partnership with Finance
  • Translate customer requirements, competitive insights, and technology trends into clear product requirements and positioning
  • Drive new product introductions, feature enhancements, cost-reduction initiatives, and lifecycle transitions
  • Contribute to product line P&L performance, supporting revenue growth, margin targets, and forecasting accuracy
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend actions to optimize portfolio health
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform roadmap priorities and investment decisions
  • Partner closely with Engineering to define product requirements, architecture trade-offs, and development milestones
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure launch readiness and successful go-to-market execution
  • Support customer engagements, including roadmap reviews, technical discussions, and design-win strategy
  • Drive alignment across hardware, software, and system teams to ensure high-quality, on-time deliver
  • Engage directly with key customers and ecosystem partners to identify opportunities and validate roadmap direction

Qualifications (Requirements)
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of experience in semiconductor, wireless connectivity, or IoT industries
  • 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of products through full lifecycle
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches and managing portfolio performance
  • Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth/BLE technologies and system-level design considerations
  • Experience working cross-functionally from product definition through go-to-market
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into executable product plans
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
