This is a performance-driven sales position where your effort has a direct impact on your income. You will receive hourly base pay in addition to uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. There is no company-imposed limit on how much commission you can earn.
Our team members have the opportunity to earn between $2,580 and $11,000+ per month, with average annual compensation of approximately $70,000 or more. Actual earnings depend on individual performance, hours worked, experience, and other factors.
No wireless experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship. We can teach you our products, systems, and sales process.
We can teach sales. We cannot teach hunger.

What You’ll Do
  • Help customers find the best AT&T wireless, internet, entertainment, and accessory solutions
  • Review customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve service or provide additional value
  • Recommend smartphones, tablets, accessories, protection plans, and complete account solutions
  • Build customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Generate new business through customer outreach, follow-up calls, referrals, and appointment setting
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain current knowledge of AT&T products, services, promotions, and pricing
  • Assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and maintaining a professional environment
  • Occasionally work at or rotate between 2–3 nearby locations within your assigned market
