We are looking for a power design engineer that leads the integration of the inductive technology into products in the partnership with multiple discipline teams including but not limited to architecture, FW, system EE, silicon, noise and vibration, safety, thermal, reliability, operations, regulatory teams and more. ..Join us. You will develop and design wireless power systems. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of analysis and manufacturing discipline while working with cross-functional teams to meet all specifications and requirements necessary to ship a product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to resolve system coexistence issues and ensure robust performance across different operating environments.
Solid EE fundamentals in both analog and digital design with focus on Power Electronics.Solid fundamentals in modeling, data collection, data analysis, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Matlab).Circuit level simulation experience in EE simulation platforms like Cadence/ADS/LTspice etc.Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree
Comfortable tackling new challenges with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams to make timely design tradeoffs based on available informationHands-on experience and proven track record in system definition, integration, architecture, prototyping, and validationKnowledge of and experience with direct wireless chargingExperience delivering high-volume products from concept to mass production, including working with contract manufacturersExperience with firmware definition and debuggingExperience collaborating with cross-functional firmware partnersExperience leveraging AI tools to automate engineering workflows and improve productivity (e.g., schematic/layout review, data analysis, test automation)Direct coding and algorithm design experience is a plusMaster's or PhD in a relevant EE field
