KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operations Trailblazer: Step up as our maintenance crew captain! Lead the charge, hand out projects like a pro, and keep every day running smoother than a freshly oiled gear-all with your winning grin.
  • Maintenance Marvel: Dive fearlessly into preventative maintenance missions, answer guest calls on the double, conquer work orders, and flaunt your superhero skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and beyond!
  • Safety Superhero: Keep our property safe and sound-tackle every task with lightning speed, sound the alarm at the first sign of trouble, and zap away hazards before they even know what hit them.
  • Team Cheerleader: Rally your engineering all-stars, juggle schedules like a circus master, and inspire your crew to be their absolute best every single shift.
  • Guest Happiness Guru: Respond to guest room fixes at record speed and sprinkle every interaction with positivity, making their stay unforgettable.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.
