Job description

Mancan is seeking a Tool and Die Maker for a local company in Mansfield, OH.
Key Responsibilites:
-Must be able to build and maintain stamping dies
-Fabricate dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and gauges from raw materials using manual and CNC machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, and wire EDM
-Operate heat treatment and surface finishing equipment to enhance tool durability.
-Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues and improve tooling performance
-Maintain organized records of tooling, repair history, and preventive maintenance schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-4 year apprenticship program
-Blueprint Skiils
-Precision Machining (Manual and CNC)
-CAD/CAM Software
-Mathematics (Trigonometry and Calculations)
Hours/Pay: 1st shift- 7am-3:30pm. Monday-Friday with possible OT.
Starting Pay: $28.00/hour
