Priority Wire and Cable is currently in need of an Administrative Assistant who is a self-starter and can quickly contribute and complement our team in Chesapeake, VA! This position will offer fantastic company paid benefits and the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Some of your duties may include:
  • Must have excellent typing and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Vendor account correspondence
  • Updating inventory quantities and logistic information using SQL database
  • Cost based account payable reviews
  • Office clerical duties as assigned
  • Processing shipping documents
  • Filing government paperwork
  • Tracking shipments
  • Updating company system
  • Processing purchase orders
