We are partnering with a well-established industrial service company in West Tulsa seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and provide practical financial leadership to ownership.

This is a key role for someone who understands how operational businesses really run — job costing, field crews, equipment, cash flow, and tight margins.

The company operates on QuickBooks, so experience managing and optimizing accounting within a QuickBooks environment is important. They need someone comfortable working in a lean structure — rolling up sleeves while also thinking strategically.

What You’ll Own:

• Full-cycle accounting & month-end close
• Financial reporting for ownership
• Job costing & project margin analysis
• WIP tracking
• Cash flow forecasting
• Oversight of AP, AR, payroll
• Process improvement & strengthening controls

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience
• Controller or strong Assistant Controller ready to step up
• Industrial services, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred
• QuickBooks proficiency required
• Hands-on, no-ego leadership style
