Job description

Weekly Duties

  • Provide administrative and curriculum support to the Kingdom Kids team by performing various tasks, as assigned by the Kingdom Kids Team
  • Support Kids Pastor in communication, encouragement, and administration of Sunday volunteers
    • Recruit, lead, and train Sunday hosts and classroom volunteers
  • Prepare supplies Kingdom Kids and TT classes
    • Recruit, lead, and train a weekend prep team
    • Put away and organize supplies
  • Support Kingdom Kids through administration work
    • Scheduling, paperwork, and Onboarding Leaders
    • Preparation, organization, and administration of events with kids team
  • Meet regularly with Kids Pastor

On the weekends

  • Support Kids Pastor in facilitating kids services on Sunday mornings
  • Support Kids Pastor with between service check in and out time
  • Assist Kingdom Kids Pastor with weekend services, including covering in the event of their absence.
  • Be available and present in the Kingdom Kids area during weekend services, offering great customer service to our families and children
  • Regularly attend one weekend service when able, be available to meet with people and serve the team.
  • Help Kids Pastor recruit new leaders and encourage and connect with kids volunteer leaders

For the team

  • Attend Staff Meetings, and staff prayer
  • Attend defined meetings-contribute in a healthy and honoring manner
  • Adhere to the Leadership Values set by leadership
  • Submit to church wide policies
  • Be willing to complete time sensitive projects, flexing schedule if needed
  • Have a working knowledge of CCB (data management software)
  • Help cultivate a high regard for great communication
  • Other duties as assigned by Kingdom Kids Pastor

Special Events

  • Help provide, organize, and facilitate Christmas Eve bags
  • Assist Kids Pastor in running Kids Conference
  • Assist Kids Pastor in running Winter Event for families/kids
  • Assist Kids Pastor in hosting Bunny Hop
