Infrastructure Engineer/Windows Server Administrator 
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Role Descriptions:

·         Desired candidate will serve as L2+ admin| who will help us support the remote enterprise DC from offshore. Provide technical support| monitoring| maintenance and trouble-shooting as necessary to keep DC infrastructure up and running.

·         Manage Infrastructure from build to decommission Build/patch/upgrade/install /migrate/decommission Servers / applications on need bases. Handle alerts/incidents/work orders/change request/problem records/ticket analysis/RCA as a part of support teamwork in synergy with other support teams to keep the environment up and running. Should be able to help users with their day-to-day problems and project needs.

·         Should be able to work under pressured and capable of managing major incident and complex change requests. Windows / VMware ESxi servers Administration & Software Installations Support for AD| DNS and DHCP etc. Able to perform servers Build| Manage| Restore| Retire etc for both Physical and VM & Physical to Virtual migrations.

·         File Server| Print Servers - Management & Migration.

·         Troubleshoot issues related to users| capacity| compute and patches.

·         Vendor coordination for service calls and escalated matters.

·         Performing Restore Activities BMR| IBB & File and Folders Perform patch management using Symantec Tools Altiris Administer

·         manage and maintain vCenter vSphere systems administration and support including VMotion| HA| DRS| VDS| Affinity rules| vCenter| storage migrations| and P2V migrations

·         Must have extensive knowledge of SAN storage and be able to present storage to ESX hosts and Windows Servers troubleshoot converged and hyper-converged infrastructure related incidents

Essential Skills:

Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 VMWare 5.x/6.x

PowerShell Scripting Dell and HP ProLiant (DL/ML/BL) servers| enclosures| and/or Cisco UCS blade server experience
