Job Summary

In this role you will partner closely with clients to understand their business and technical needs, delivering effective and scalable technology solutions. This role supports and maintains Windows Server environments, provides hands-on end-user support, and ensures a high-quality client experience. You will also develop thorough documentation and deliver technical training to internal teams, helping elevate overall service capabilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
  • Deploy and manage NAS, Microsoft virtualization, and server/cloud infrastructures.
  • Design, implement, and support endpoint management solutions for mid-sized and enterprise clients.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and optimization of IT environments.
  • Lead technical training sessions on IT systems and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other engineers on complex system integrations.


Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of IT experience, including professional services deployments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, NAS storage solutions, and MDM.
  • Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Intune and/or WorkspaceOne environments.
  • Experience implementing and administering Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online.
  • Windows Server as well as macOS endpoint experience required.
  • Ability to lead technical training and documentation efforts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Apple, AWS, VMware, Jamf, etc.).
  • Experience with architecture and design firm environments and workflows.
  • Demonstrated security-first approach when designing, deploying, and supporting client technology solutions.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills.
  • Background in enterprise IT service delivery.

Expectations:

  • 20% Reactive work, 30% Proactive work, 50% Project work
  • Working at client sites, remotely, with option for in-market office
  • Weekly billable goal of 36 hours

This position is bonus eligible, up to 5% of annual salary based on company and team performance
