Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of successful in-home sales experience with a construction or remodeling background, knowledge of the window and door industry, and a desire to help homeowners reach their dreams with their home improvement projects.

Incentive based pay with paid training period of up to 4 weeks.

Our sales people are making $150k+ annually

Job Requirements: 

* Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation. 

* Ability to pass background check prior to start.

* Ability to lift 30lbs (sample kit max weight).

* Learn and retain product knowledge quickly. 

* Good working knowledge of Windows PC, iPad, email, MS Word, MS Excel.

* Understanding of take offs, measurements, window and door design, sizing. 

* Familiarity with industry terminology for fenestration. 

* Familiarity with siding industry terminology.
