We are seeking a motivated, professional Sales Consultant who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing high-value residential projects.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and contractors

• Conduct in-home, job-site, and showroom consultations

• Develop project scopes and recommend window and door solutions

• Prepare and present proposals for premium residential projects

• Follow up with leads and opportunities using CRM and company-supported AI tools

• Build referral relationships with contractors, architects, designers, developers, and past clients

• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes

• Coordinate with project management and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Use company technology, including AI-supported tools, to improve sales performance, follow-up, and customer communication

• Represent Lion Windows & Doors professionally at all times

Ideal Candidate

You may be a fit if you:

• Have experience in sales, construction, remodeling, building products, windows and doors, luxury home services, or related industries

• Are comfortable discussing projects ranging from $10,000 to $500,000+

• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Are organized, self-motivated, and accountable

• Enjoy meeting people and developing long-term client relationships

• Can manage multiple projects and follow-ups at the same time

• Are comfortable using CRM systems, technology tools, and AI-assisted workflows

• Are open to learning new systems that help you sell more effectively

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Window and door sales

• Luxury residential construction

• Kitchen and bath sales

• High-end home improvement sales

• Architectural products

• Interior design or construction industry experience

• Experience selling to homeowners, builders, architects, designers, or contractors

Previous window and door experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
