Los Angeles Computer Consulting Company is seeking a 2nd level Macintosh/Windows desktop technician. This position is part to full time. Please do not apply if you do not have Macintosh support experience!!.

Position involves the following: Answering Help Desk Calls (troubleshooting email, creating users, connectivity, etc.) for both Mac & Windows Onsite service calls for first and second level issues (virus removal, connecting printers, setting up workstations, basic troubleshooting, etc.) Keeping RMM system up to date Following up with clients Scheduling / following up with techs in the field Helping to keep the office organized Skills Required: You must have real world Macintosh support experience. Please don't apply if you don't. Windows desktop support experience in a consulting environment Light server management (Exchange, OS X Server, Windows Server) Filemaker skills a plus Other Issues: Must have a reliable car Must be a US citizen or have green card Office is a home office
