Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windows Administrator to join our team in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3โ€“4 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting Windows environments, with solid knowledge of system administration, security, and network configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure
  • Perform Windows security management and compliance checks
  • Manage and configure Hypervisors (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Support and manage Active Directory, group policies, and domain services
  • Configure and manage VLANs for network segmentation
  • Install, troubleshoot, and configure network printers
  • Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools for system health and alerts
  • Perform regular patching and updates to ensure security and stability
  • Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to ensure uptime and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3โ€“4 years of hands-on experience as a Windows Administrator
