Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windows Application Administrator to provide technical support for enterprise application administration on a federal government IT program. You will administer Windows Server-hosted applications, collaborate with team members, maintain STIG compliance, and serve as a technical escalation point for Windows environment issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical operations for enterprise Windows application administration in a federal IT environment
  • Collaborate with and support junior application administrators on Windows platforms
  • Execute application deployment, patching, monitoring, and incident response on Windows Server environments
  • Maintain STIG configurations and drive cybersecurity compliance across all Windows-hosted systems
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development teams to sustain application environments
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, network diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing and technology refresh planning for Windows-hosted applications
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for Windows environment issues

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Security Clearance: minimum T3 required
  • Bachelor's degree OR current Microsoft certification (Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator)
  • Minimum 5 years of Windows Server and application administration
  • Strong experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and enterprise application management
  • Familiarity with security hardening, STIG compliance, and patch management practices
