We are hiring an Inside Window Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This position will specialize in advising clients on window products and helping them select the best product for aesthetic appeal, energy efficiency and functionality along with meeting sales targets. 
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email or in person with excellent customer service support.
  • Consult with customers, builders, contractors to understand their window needs, preferences and budget.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on like style, energy efficiency, and functionality.
  • Conducting in-home or virtual assessments to measure and evaluate window requirements or work with contractors’ specs.
  • Provide superior customer service communication in all phases of the sale. (recommendations, accurate window measurements, order processing, delivery timeline and resolving issues effectively)
  • Preparing and presenting quotes, estimates, lead times and finance options.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, orders, deliveries using Microsoft Office tools or other software systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products and installation techniques.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales or related home improvement field a must
  • Familiarity with data entry, Microsoft Office applications and computer skills required.
  • Excellent knowledge of window products, materials, styles, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, builders and contractors are essential.
