About the Role:
Join SPACE PRODUCT MILLWORK as a Door and Window Estimator, where your expertise will drive precision and quality in our projects. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional millwork solutions in the heart of Los Alamitos, CA.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project specifications and prepare accurate estimates for doors and windows.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is met.
  • Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases for materials and labor.
  • Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes and availability of materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contract documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an estimator in the millwork or construction industry.
