Customer Service/Estimator

Naples Lumber and Supply is seeking Customer Service/Estimators for our Window Department with Andersen Window product knowledge, we are a high volume supplier of lumber, millwork, hardware, windows and doors, concentrating mainly in the custom home market.

Job Description:

A Naples Lumber Customer Service/Estimator is responsible for providing professional customer service to Contractors, do-it-yourselfers and outside sales staff. This is accomplished by assisting customers make purchase decisions, providing customers with estimates and ensuring the customer has everything needed to complete a project. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.

Job Summary:

· Builds and maintains relationships with customers by supplying advice and information

· Provides superior customer service while ensuring sales and profit goals are met

· Supports the outside sales staff, contractors and customers as directed

· Identifies personal growth needs and learning opportunities

· Commits to continued learning on products, packages, procedures and more

Requirements to be considered for the Position:

· Previous experience in a customer service environment

· Friendly, outgoing personality

· Ability to effectively communicate with others

· Familiarity with window estimating a must

· Ability to participate effectively as a team member
