Job description

Window Nation is hiring a detail-oriented Quote Coordinator in Highland Hills, OH to support our installation, service, and ordering teams. If you enjoy solving small details before they become bigger issues and keeping projects moving behind the scenes, we encourage you to apply.
As a Quote Coordinator, you'll review measure documentation, prepare product and labor quotes for custom window and door orders, and help ensure each project is quoted accurately before moving forward. You'll work closely with Measure Technicians, Installation Managers, Operations Managers, vendors, manufacturers, and the order processing team to resolve questions, correct issues, and keep projects moving within expected turnaround times.
What You'll Do:
  • Prepare window and door product quotes in vendor portals for assigned vendors
  • Review labor workbooks and prepare labor quotes
  • Request additional materials from vendors, such as shutters or specialty items
  • Work with third-party vendors to correct labor or material quote issues
  • Document additional quoted items when project details change from the original order
  • Resolve sizing, labor, and documentation questions with Measure Technicians or Installation Managers
  • Upload and note documentation for resolved issues
  • Help address pending items in a timely and organized way
  • Upload measure packets and supporting project documentation
  • Work with vendors on specialty shapes, templates, grids, and related quoting needs
  • Support the team with other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of industry experience or similar administrative, quoting, order processing, construction coordination, or operations support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation carefully
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
