Shipping Window Coordinator-2nd Shift

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Location: Houston, Tx 77051

Shift: 2nd Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a Shipping Window Coordinator to support daily operations by coordinating truck check-ins and check-outs, communicating with drivers, and ensuring accurate processing of shipping documentation. This role works closely with sales, operations, and yard supervisors to maintain efficient workflow while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate truck check-in and check-out processes.
  • Verify and collect required pickup and delivery information from drivers.
  • Monitor truck check-in systems and track order status updates.
  • Communicate order changes and special requests to loading and operations teams.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations departments regarding priorities and scheduling adjustments.
  • Process packing lists, delivery tickets, and related shipping documentation.
  • Ensure outbound drivers complete required sign-out procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, drivers, and customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
