AMRG Exteriors is hiring an experienced Window Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. This is a W-2 exempt position reporting to the VP of Construction Operations. If you thrive managing procurement, coordinating complex installation schedules, and keeping high-volume projects moving without losing the details - this role is built for you.
Shift & Schedule: Monday-Friday, on-site / field. Occasional evenings or weekends during peak project volume.
Responsibilities
• Lead quoting and takeoffs for window packages across all active and pipeline projects
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors
• Issue and manage purchase orders; track order status and resolve discrepancies before they reach the field
• Own and manage, the window installation schedule - coordinate deliveries, site readiness, and installer mobilization
• Serve as the primary escalation point for field teams on window-related issues and warranty claims
• Review submittals and shop drawings for spec compliance; manage approval workflows

Requirements
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in construction procurement, estimating, or project coordination
• Meaningful exposure to window, fenestration, or building envelope scopes
• Experience working directly with window manufacturers and glazing subcontractors
• Proficiency in AccuLynx, Procore, or Buildertrend (AccuLynx preferred)
• Exceptionally organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability for occasional job-site visits across the Twin Cities metro
• Good driving record and valid driver's license
