Job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Energy Operationsย  to join our team. In this role, you will handle all aspects of energy operations, including product delivery, warehouse management, equipment setup, and top-tier customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Product Delivery: Efficiently complete tank wagon and route deliveries for refined fuels and propane across various company locations.
  • Operations & Logistics: Support multi-department operations, manage warehouse inventory, and assist with equipment installation/setup.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving inquiries, managing difficult situations with empathy, and meeting delivery commitments.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales personnel and management to ensure timely, efficient deliveries and smooth daily operations.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with all state and federal safety regulations; promote safety awareness and uphold excellent housekeeping standards.
  • Financial Integrity: Administer and control customer credit accounts within the cooperativeโ€™s established credit policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1โ€“3 months of related experience/training (On-the-job training with our Operations Director will be provided).
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills and the technical ability to use tools and equipment to analyze systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure a positive customer and team experience.
  • Professionalism: Maintains a positive attitude, promotes teamwork, and presents a clean, professional appearance.

Requirements (Physical/Licensing)

  • Valid Driverโ€™s License (Class A or B CDL with Tanker/Hazmat endorsements preferred/required).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
