Job description

Position Summary

The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting to support light industrial staffing operations. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build quick, persuasive connections with candidates. The Recruiter will source, interview, place, and manage candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Engagement

  • Proactively recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for light industrial positions in a high‑volume environment
  • Build immediate rapport with candidates through outgoing, friendly, and persuasive communication
  • Clearly explain job expectations, work policies, and safety requirements in both English and Spanish
  • On occasion client tours and visits will be required to observe working conditions, safety issues, production requirements, and assignment details. This position will actively work to ensure proper associate documentation to reduce unemployment claims and on the job work place injuries.
  • Maintain consistent candidate follow‑up to ensure engagement, attendance, and retention

Staffing Operations & Urgency

  • Operate with an extreme sense of urgency to meet client production and staffing demands
  • Accurately complete onboarding documentation while adhering to strict timelines and compliance standards
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a faster‑than‑average work pace
  • Ensure all work is completed thoroughly, accurately, and in accordance with company policies

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal team members to ensure staffing goals are met efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Assist in managing and resolving complex client situations with a calm, effective, and solutions‑focused approach
  • Incorporate feedback and input from leadership and teammates when making recruitment decisions

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and internal systems
  • Follow established company guidelines and procedures for hiring, onboarding, and employee management
  • Ensure all delegated work is followed up on thoroughly and pleasantly

Adaptability & Leadership

  • Respond to frequent change with professionalism, consistency, and guidance from management
  • Promote teamwork and participation while projecting enthusiasm and accountability
  • Serve as a friendly, responsive team leader with a strong sense of duty and responsibility
