Position Summary-
Emerald Staffing is seeking an energetic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for a variety of client positions. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping people find meaningful employment opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on both job seekers and local businesses.
Essential Job Duties-
  • Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, screenings, and reference checks.
  • Match qualified candidates with client job openings and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client companies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring and placement process.
  • Meet recruiting, placement, and business development goals.
Requirements-
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
