Job description

A wildlife control technician is responsible for safely removing unwanted wildlife from various properties, assessing and repairing damage, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, primarily servicing residential, commercial, and industrial sites through local travel using a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Remove wildlife safely from residential, commercial, and industrial properties
  • Assess and document damage caused by wildlife
  • Set traps and other deterrents effectively
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Use and maintain equipment properly
  • Keep accurate records of activities and client interactions
  • Interact professionally with customers
  • Inspect sites to identify potential wildlife issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in wildlife control
  • High school diploma or equivalent
