Job description

We are hiring a full-time Rodent Exclusion/Insulation Specialist to work in the field and play a key role on our rodent exclusion and insulation team at The Critter Crew. We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Rodent & Wildlife Exclusion Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in protecting customers' homes. As one of the faces of The Critter Crew, you'll provide exceptional customer service while performing professional exclusion work, trapping services, attic restoration, and wildlife removal.

What You'll Do:


  • Perform detailed home inspections to identify rodent and wildlife entry points.
  • Seal and reinforce vulnerable areas using professional exclusion materials and techniques.
  • Install and service rodent trapping systems.
  • Conduct routine trap checks and safely remove captured rodents and wildlife.
  • Remove contaminated attic insulation.
  • Install new blown-in attic insulation.
  • Access attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and other confined or elevated areas safely.
  • Document completed work with photos and detailed service notes.
  • Educate homeowners on preventing future rodent and wildlife problems.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every job.


What We're Looking For:


  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, in attics, and crawl spaces.
  • Able to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

  • Ability to pass a background check.
