Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for identifying pest issues, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
  • Apply pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications and integrated pest management strategies.
  • Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during treatments.
  • Provide clients with recommendations for preventive measures to reduce future infestations.
  • Document services performed, including treatment details and client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of pest control activities in compliance with regulations.
  • Educate clients on pest behavior and the importance of ongoing pest management.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pest control or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance or lawn care practices is a plus.
