Job Responsibilities Will Include:
โ€ขย ย  ย Inspect residential and commercial properties for wildlife activity, damage, and entry points
โ€ขย  ย  Humanely trap, euthanize, and remove wildlife
โ€ขย  ย  Perform exclusion and prevention work such as sealing entry points, repairs, and structural modifications
โ€ขย  ย  Conduct termite control treatmentsย 
โ€ขย  ย  Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos, findings, and recommendations
โ€ขย  ย  Educate customers on wildlife and termite issues and present removal and prevention solutions
โ€ขย  ย  Provide accurate service estimates and close service agreements
โ€ขย  ย  Safely use ladders, access roofs, crawl spaces, and attics
โ€ขย  ย  Operate, maintain, and safely use hand tools and power tools
โ€ขย  ย  Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in the field
Qualifications:
โ€ขย  ย  Previous experience in wildlife control, pest control, construction, or a related field preferred
โ€ขย  ย  Ability to work in confined spaces, on roofs, and at heights
โ€ขย  ย  Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
โ€ขย  ย  Comfortable interacting with customers and discussing service recommendations
โ€ขย  ย  Strong attention to detail and documentation skill
โ€ขย  ย  Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
โ€ขย  ย  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
