Job Summary and Responsibilities
Due to significant growth and ambitious expansion goals, CTSA is seeking to expand our team. This is a unique opportunity to grow alongside the practice and potentially take on leadership responsibilities. Our current team includes Dr. Thomas Salzer, MD, Dr. Steven Wright, MD, Dr. Hannah Evans, AuD, Janet Wilson, AuD, Kacie Wallace, PA-C, and Christi Dodd, PA-C.
Practice Setting: Private Practice
Schedule: Enjoy a balanced life with our 4-day a week clinic schedule and 1 dedicated OR day. Clinical hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding OR days). In-office procedures can be scheduled on any clinical day.
Call: Manageable call schedule of 4-5 days a month and 1 weekend a month.
Case Mix & Requirements: We are seeking an Otolaryngologist with strong surgical skills across a broad range of ENT procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Balloon Sinuplasty and other similar office-based sinus procedures
  • Septoplasty
  • Tonsillectomy
  • PE Tubes
  • Normal/typical OR type procedures
EMR: ModMed
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Compensation: $500,000 during income guarantee period
