Job description

Are you passionate about empowering hearing care professionals and improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss? Phonak, a global leader in hearing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Clinical Trainer to support and educate our customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and Oklahoma City.
As a Clinical Trainer, you'll be the go-to expert for Phonak customers, including audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, physicians, universities, hospitals, and large retail partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading engaging product trainings and demonstrations during new solution launches
  • Supporting sales efforts by partnering closely with Sales Representatives
  • Conducting needs analyses and recommending product solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the region
  • Providing in-person and remote clinical support, including phone and e-learning sessions
  • Representing Phonak at regional, state, and national conferences
  • Participating in consumer events such as open houses and lunch-and-learns
  • Meeting weekly customer visit goals and documenting activities in CRM
  • Managing expenses and territory operations within guidelines
  • Mentoring new Clinical Training team members
  • Traveling frequently-up to 75% overnight

Education and Skillset:
  • Au.D. or Master's degree in Audiology (required)
  • 3+ years of hearing aid sales or dispensing experience-clinical or territory-based
  • Experience fitting Phonak products (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through
  • A proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

If the applicant selected for this role resides in CA, CO, NY or WA we adhere to the pay transparency required in those states. This role's pay range is between: $85,000 - $105,000 . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
