Greater Baden Medical Services (GBMS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare across Southern Maryland. With 9 clinical sites across Prince George's, Charles, and St. Mary's counties, we serve over 18,000 patients each year. We provide fully integrated care that includes primary care, pediatrics, women's health, Title X family planning, dental care, behavioral health, WIC, pharmacy services, and the Ryan White HIV/AIDS program. Job Summary: The Women's Health Clinical Coordinator supports comprehensive women’s health services in Greater Baden Medical Services. This role is responsible for coordinating patient care, managing referrals, and assisting with grant-funded programs such as Title X and Thrive by Three.

Essential Functions:
  1. Coordinate and schedule OB/GYN appointments, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic visits.
  2. Confirm appointments and conduct patient outreach to reduce no-show rates.
  3. Schedule and coordinate GYN procedures within the clinic.
  4. Schedule and coordinate OB/GYN procedures with community partners, including hospitals.
  1. Manage and track internal and external referrals, including maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) services.
  2. Track, follow up, and coordinate care for patients with abnormal cancer screenings.
  3. Coordinate care and services for BCCDT applicants.
  4. Track and manage LARC devices, including ordering and inventory.
  5. Coordinate meetings for the clinical team.
  6. Provide coordination support for Title X Family Planning Services, Thrive by Three maternal and early childhood initiatives.
  1. Provide back-up support for the medical assistant team, which includes all functions of a clinical medical assistant.
  2. Works collaboratively with clinic and operation teams on programs to improve patient outcomes. Assists in organizing and participating in (QAPI) Quality Assurance/ Performance Improvement activities as assigned.
  3. Assists with other administrative tasks and clinical care as assigned by the Center Manager.
