Salary: $93,000 - $114,500
Credentialing process will be completed prior to start date.

We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join this dynamic site. Candidates with strong clinical backgrounds in women's health, family planning, or reproductive health are highly encouraged to apply. New graduates with relevant clinical training will also be considered.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services to diverse patient populations.
  • Conduct physical examinations, develop diagnoses, and create evidence-based treatment plans utilizing UpToDate and other clinical resources.
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within your full scope of practice.
  • Perform procedures including IUD insertions, contraceptive counseling, colposcopy (if certified), and reproductive health services.
  • Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking to support our mission of accessible healthcare.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required).
  • Master's (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree (required).
  • Certification in a relevant specialty area, such as FNP or WHNP (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with applicable training are welcome to apply.
  • Strong foundation in family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, equitable care.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for coverage or training.
