The Wholesale Planner is responsible andaccountable for the 6-month Spring/Summer and 6-month Fall/Winter merchandiseplanning and forecast by Sku for all styles in the wholesale collection forMen’s, Women’s, Footwear, & Leather Goods.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Update seasonal forecastsregularly in accordance to wholesale account projections, project launches andseasonal orders during the start of market
  • In partnership with VP of Sales, WholesaleDirectors, and Wholesale Controlling, develop seasonal merchandising sales plansby gender and category to align the budget
  • Collaborate with WholesaleDirectors on department store reviews prior to market and seasonal forecastprojections.
  • Participate in department storemarket appointments to gain product feedback and specific needs for eachdepartment store
  • Manage all forecast projections bycustomer.
  • Track wholesale order sell in vs.forecast to audit styles oversold by month and/or completely oversold andcommunicate all information to the wholesale sales team.
  • Projectpermanent replenishment forecast and communicate to Supply Chain.
  • Manage,analyze and Wholesale sellout data vs inventory on hand.
  • Developand present recommended sku counts and class plans prior to each market launch.
  • Partnerwith Wholesale Operations to cancel orders due to being oversold
  • Beextremely vocal to highlight to senior management all red flags in terms ofplanning, forecast and any situations that arise
  • Performall other duties as assigned and required to support the Wholesale, Finance andOps teams.
  • Adhereto all global schedules and deadlines
  • Monthlyanalysis & reporting of external agent commissions.
