SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Allocator is responsible forallocations for Outlet stores in the US. They willwork closely with the merchandise planning team, buying team and business leadsto create builds, manual push needs and craft the total allocation strategy forthe store business.They also need to ensure proper inventory management between the warehouse’sand ECOM business to ensure that the stock is in the right place to maximizesales.

ESSENTIALJOB DUTIES
  • Createand maintain all allocation reporting including, but not limited to: Ship tostore summaries, build re-caps, store capacity, in-bound tracker, high turnstyles, core replenishment MOH
  • AssistDirector of Planning, in partnership with business leads, to accurately ensurethe right level of stock in all stores, aligned with budget and forecastedsales.
  • Workwith Buying team to ensure the correct levels of inventory are being boughtinto at the beginning of the season.
  • Seasonallydevelop key allocation strategies and approaches to the business that will helpdrive sell through and top-side sales.
  • Partnerclosely with Commercial team to push the right level of stock and assortment tostores, to ensure the right balance and level of stock on hand.
  • Createin-season consolidations between markets and stores to maximize sales,
  • KeyCross functional partnership with Buying, Finance, business, VisualMerchandising.
