We are a national digital dental marketing agency celebrating 20 years of helping practices grow. Were looking for a Strategic Account Manager who thrives on building trusted client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable marketing success.


This position serves as an outsourced marketing director for multiple clientsdeveloping strategy, managing deliverables, and driving performance across digital channels. The ideal candidate is both relationship- and results-driven, with a deep understanding of how digital marketing fuels business growth.


What Youll Do

*Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
*Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each clients goals and market position.
*Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.
*Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and web metrics to drive continuous improvement.
*Consult and collaborate with clients on opportunities for growth through new or expanded services.
*Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep clientsand our agencyat the forefront.
*Present digital strategies and results to clients, ensuring they understand the ROI and long-term value of our work.


What You Bring

*5+ years of account management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
*Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, website development, local SEO, online reviews, and social media strategy.
*Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
*Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
*Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and email marketing systems.
*Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
*Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings or company events.


Preferred Experience

*Previous healthcare or dental industry experience a plus.
*Prior agency experience and/or experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple industries or verticals.
*Familiarity with website development processes, content strategy, or integrated campaign planning.
