About the Role:

The Server/Bartender role is a dynamic position that combines customer service excellence with efficient beverage preparation and service. The primary goal is to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests by delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. This role requires multitasking between taking orders, preparing drinks, and ensuring guestsโ€™ needs are met throughout their visit. The Server/Bartender will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to the overall guest experience and the establishmentโ€™s reputation for quality service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States (typically 18 or 21 depending on state laws).
  • Previous experience in a server or bartender role within a hospitality environment.
