IJW Whiskey Company, LLC (IJW) is a dynamic, fully integrated spirits company. Founded in 2017, weโ€™ve compiled the largest independent library of aged Kentucky bourbon and rye and established a global presence including offices in Beverly Hills, Louisville and Tokyo, Japan, a 40-acre campus in Danville. Our ambitious growth trajectory includes a new whiskey distillery in Shelbyville, KY, slated for completion in early 2026, and a Japanese distillery in Chitose that that will be completed in late 2026.

With over 100 years of combined industry expertise, our diverse team of seasoned professionals and dynamic newcomers has propelled IJW to the forefront of the spirits industry. Our strategic partnership with one of the nation's largest independent Wine & Spirits distributors has enabled us to offer 22 products across four unique private label bourbon brands in 28 states. We have added to our spirits portfolio with our first Tequila and Mezcal brands.

Position Overview:

Weโ€™re looking for a highly organized, technically curious Business Systems Analyst to join our Los Angeles team. This role sits at the intersection of business, systems, and dataโ€”supporting critical applications, leading ERP-related initiatives, and turning data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions.

Youโ€™ll act as a key point of contact for the LA office, providing hands-on application support while also playing a central role in system implementations and improvements. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and bringing structure to complex initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Translate business needs into clear system and reporting requirements
  • Use data to generate insights that support more informed, strategic decision-making
  • Document processes, user stories, and workflows to support solution design

Systems & Application Support

  • Provide day-to-day application support (not development) for ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), internal tools, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Support and maintain SharePoint sites and other internal or visitor-facing applications
  • Serve as the go-to IT support resource for the LA team

Project Delivery & ERP Implementation

  • Act as the main point of contact for system implementations, particularly ERP-related initiatives
  • Lead or support projects from an IT perspective, functioning similarly to a project manager
  • Coordinate across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
  • Support project planning, timelines, testing (UAT), and successful rollout
  • Bring structure, organization, and accountability to large-scale initiatives

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Work with SQL tables and underlying data to extract, analyze, and present insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems
  • Translate data into meaningful insights for operational and executive decision-making

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve system usage
  • Support intake, prioritization, and tracking of system enhancements
  • Maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and configurations

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar hybrid systems/application support role
  • Hands-on experience supporting and/or implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, reporting, data visualization)
  • Minimum one year experience with Microsoft Power Automate
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Exposure to large-scale system implementations or projects (project coordination or delivery)
  • Experience in application support
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and basic web/design concepts is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; able to translate business needs into solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented with a strong focus on team fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
