Job description

Mountaintop Yarn is looking for a friendly, reliable retail associate to help run the front of the shop and create a welcoming experience for our customers. This is a steady, hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a calm, creative environment.

Schedule

  • Monday: 9 – 4

  • Tuesday: 9 – 4

  • Friday: 9 – 4

  • Saturday: 12 – 3

  • Sunday: 12 – 3

What You’ll Do

  • Ring up customer purchases using the Shopify POS system

  • Light cleaning tasks to keep the shop neat

  • Provide warm and helpful customer service

What I’m Looking For

  • Friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with customers

  • Comfortable using technology (Shopify POS training will be provided)
