Job description

Visiting Angels is hiring caregivers to work with developmentally disabled adults and children in Whatcom County. We have a variety of flexible schedules available. If you are patient and passionate about helping disabled individuals in our community, we want to meet you!

Depending on your skill and comfort, duties include:

  • Companioship
  • Personal care such as: toileting, dressing, bathing, hygiene, feeding, transfers, mobility
  • Medication Assistance
  • Light Housework
  • Meal Preparation
  • Transportation
  • Shopping and Community access
  • Pet Care

Job Benefits:

*Paid training for the HCA, and paid Continuing Education

Pay starts at $23.64 an hour for those needing training and $23.96 an hour for certified individuals.
