We are seeking an energetic, organized, and inspiring professional to join Great Futures Early Learning as our Center Director .

Your Impact as Center Director As a leader within our organization, you will be the heartbeat of our early learning center. Your core responsibilities include: Team Leadership: Hire, engage, and develop a team of passionate educators, fostering their professional growth.

Safety & Excellence: Cultivate a secure environment focused on health and safety standards. What You Bring to the Table You are the ideal candidate if you meet the following qualifications: Education: AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (DCYF-approved). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an early learning teacher. Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Early Achievers and program planning.
