About the Opportunity

WeWork is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-minded Integrated Marketing Lead to support the planning, management, and execution of our go-to-market and product marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Integrated Marketing and working closely alongside the Integrated Marketing Sr Lead, you will serve as a key execution engine for segment specific initiatives, product launches, and market expansions-utilizing owned, earned, and paid channels to drive brand awareness, demand, and member retention. This role is ideal for a proactive project manager who excels at turning core product positioning into market-ready assets, keeping timelines on schedule, and managing the delivery of executive review materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution

  • Support the day-to-day execution of multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for product launches and segment-specific initiatives.

  • Coordinate asset creation across marketing teams including Digital, PR, Events, Content, and Creative ensuring campaign elements are completed on schedule, and compiled into holistic campaign documentation.

  • Manage asset QA and approval routing, conducting quality assurance checks on links, landing pages, and creative specs while routing materials through legal reviews.

Asset & Material Support

  • Own the creation and delivery of marketing materials resulting from strategic alignments with Tech, Product, Sales, and Member Experience teams.

  • Apply established product positioning and messaging frameworks to draft baseline campaign copy, promotional collateral, and sales & community toolkits.

Process & Operations Coordination

  • Maintain team status trackers, deliverables, and global marketing calendars, proactively identifying potential delays and keeping daily action items moving forward.

  • Assist in post campaign performance recaps, gathering metrics from channel leads and assemble for leadership review.

  • Support team administrative workflows and process improvements, leveraging and piloting AI-driven tools to optimize task tracking, and schedule alignment for leadership visibility.

  • Organize campaign assets and documentation to maintain centralized, easy-to-access resource libraries for internal teams.

About You
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience with a foundation in integrated marketing, campaign management, product marketing support, or demand generation.

  • High attention to detail with a strong interest in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with comfort managing multiple concurrent deliverables and keeping workstreams on schedule.

  • Proficiency in presentation tools with a good eye for clean visual layouts, formatting, and deck structure.

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented team player who takes ownership of asset creation, drives tasks to completion, and collaborates smoothly with senior team members.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to keep stakeholders aligned, organized, and informed.

  • Tech-savvy mindset, eager to learn new project management software and test AI productivity tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay:$66,000 to $88,000 annually

Incentive Compensation:WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
