About the Role

We are seeking to hire an experienced Capital Formation professional to lead fundraising efforts across institutional investors, RIAs, and family offices. This role will report directly to the founder and work closely with senior leadership to shape the capital strategy and manage execution. The firm is headquartered in the U.S., with a preference for candidates based in New York or Miami. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to drive capital formation for a differentiated credit platform, and participate in carry economics. The successful candidate will thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable on the road regularly, and bring a strategic approach to distribution.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in private markets fundraising (private credit, real estate debt, or adjacent strategies)
  • Proven track record of raising capital from institutional LPs, RIAs, family offices, and consultants
  • Experience at a credit fund, placement agent, or consultant (e.g., Mercer, Cambridge) strongly preferred
  • Strong technical understanding of private credit and real estate-backed lending strategies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
  • Ability to lead tailored fundraising campaigns and cultivate long-term LP relationships
