Outside Sales Representative - Western NY Territory 

Based out of Orchard Park, NY | Covering Buffalo to Rochester 
Earn up to $90K-$130K+ in your first year | Top performers exceed $300K 

Window Nation is growing fast, and we're hiring driven, competitive sales professionals who want to build a high-income career, not just take another sales job. 

This is a field-based role with pre-set appointments, uncapped earnings, and significant independence. 

TERRITORY COVERAGE:
  • This role supports homeowners across Western New York, including Buffalo, Orchard Park, Hamburg, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, Amherst, Tonawanda, Niagara Falls, Lockport, Batavia, and Rochester.

Candidates based within this region are strongly preferred due to travel requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Run 2-3 pre-set, in-home sales appointments per day (no cold calling)  

  • Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet homeowners  

  • Deliver professional product presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment  

  • Provide estimates, financing options, and guide customers through next steps  

  • Manage follow-up and maintain your sales pipeline  

WHAT TO KNOW:

This role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working independently and spending significant time in the field. 

Most reps: 

  • Travel across a large territory (often 80+ miles one way)  

  • Spend several hours per day driving  

  • Work evenings and weekends to meet homeowner availability  

If you're looking for a local, low-travel, or fixed-schedule role, this likely isn't the right fit. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience  

  • Strong communication and closing ability  

  • Self-motivated and disciplined work style  

  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving/insurance requirements  

  • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule  

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • In-home sales (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar)  

  • Commission-based or high-performance sales experience  

  • Territory or route-based sales  

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
  • Pre-set, qualified appointments (no prospecting required)  

  • Consistent lead flow  

  • Structured onboarding and training

EARNING POTENTIAL:
  • First 90 days: Training pay up to $2,700/month + commission  

  • First-year average: $90K-$130K  

  • Fully ramped: $130K-$190K
