Qualifications
• Experience recruiting health information management and allied health professionals.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, consultative recruiting, or full-cycle
recruiting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is
required.
• Action oriented and results driven - desire to exceed Key Performance Indicators.
• Recruiting experience with DoD and/or military experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe.
• Associate's degree with 2-5 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with
4-7 years of relevant work experience in a sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, or
customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree is desired.
• Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and has the ability to work
semi-independently.
• Strong phone interviewing skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Must have solid integrity.
• Ability to meet performance metrics in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or customer relationship manager (CRM)
systems to manage candidates and documentation.
Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse daily workload across four key areas: Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and
Meetings.
• Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while developing deep familiarity with
client-specific requirements and processes.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone and email coverage and
rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective
candidates.
• Qualify candidates for assignments based on education, credentials, availability, skills,
experience, and overall job fit.
• Conduct consultative conversations with candidates to understand their current situation, career
goals, availability, and assignment preferences.
• Support incoming calls from healthcare staff and clients, ensuring timely and accurate
assistance.
• Manage personnel remotely.
• Present candidate information to Account Managers to interview and fill current client
openings.
• Discuss and negotiate compensation to build a competitive compensation package.
