Salary: $85,000.00 annually plus incentives

Job Title: Project Manager / Superintendent

Location: Seattle, WA (onsite / local travel between projects)

Compensation: $85,000 per year base + quarterly performance incentives.

Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is a Seattle-based commercial and multifamily contractor delivering high-quality, timely, and safe projects across the Puget Sound region. We value craftsmanship, clear communication, and long-term client relationships.

Role Summary:
Were seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Superintendent to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role combines field leadership, schedule and budget ownership, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
  • Own project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, and change order management.
  • Conduct and enforce site safety programs and regular safety inspections.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and city/agency inspectors.
  • Lead project kickoff, weekly progress meetings, and client communications.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation using Projul.
  • Mentor onsite foremen and staff; drive continuous improvement and quality control.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years construction experience; leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven track record managing commercial or multifamily projects in the Seattle/PNW market.
  • Strong scheduling and budget-management skills.
  • Proficient with Projul (construction scheduling/documentation).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid drivers license; ability to travel to job sites.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, LEED or sustainable construction experience.
  • Trade background or additional construction certifications.
