Job Description
McLeod Health is the region's destination for medical excellence extending from the Midlands to the Coast. The McLeod Health network is comprised of 7 hospitals with locations in Florence, Darlington, Dillon, Manning, Cheraw, Loris, and Little River with services expanding into the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach.
The Mcleod Health Resource Pool provides an alternative work model allowing for control of your schedule to match your lifestyle. Broaden your work experience floating among several McLeod facilities, or take a long term assignment, working only one. Your Life- Your Time- Your Choice!
Program Options:
  1. Float to 4 McLeod Hospital locations = $50/hr.; minimum of 12 hour shift every 6 weeks.
  2. Float to 6 McLeod Hospital locations = $55/hr.; minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks.
  3. Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $35/hr. plus $1,080 stipend each week. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option.
  4. Long Term Assignment= work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $65/hr. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option

Compensation: Shift differentials are accrued on top of base hourly rates listed above.
  • Evening 3p-11p = $1.50/hr.
  • Nights 11p-7a = $6.00/hr.
  • Weekend begins Friday 3p to Monday 7a = $4.00/hr.

Candidates must have 2 years current RN experience.
