Contract includes a mix of hospital rounds, operating room, and clinic work.
There is no nighttime or weekend call.
Daily work schedule is from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.
Coverage needed includes various dates throughout the year, covering daytime call and clinic/OR.
The practice environment includes a renovated urology office with nine exam rooms and three procedure rooms.
Support staff includes medical assistants, an LPN, a surgical scheduler, front office staff, and a practice manager.
When on hospital daytime call, responsibilities include rounding, consults, and occasionally clinic work.
Epic is the electronic medical record system used.
The facility includes 73 hospital beds.
Expected patient load is 40-70 patients per day.
No pediatric patients will be seen.
Elements of care include special procedures like ureteroscopies.
Credentialing will include verification and a background check.
